Did you even test the updates on real customers? Everything has changed I can't log in before I place an order, my delivery pass isn't showing up and overall you've made it very plain and simple but somehow made it harder to use. Where is the wishlist? When items are in your basket you can't then click them to go back to product details. You also can't change item quantity you can only remove compare. I've just tried to use the app to make a purchase and it's crashed 5 times. I can't believe that there's been absolutely no addressing of any of the comments, which are mainly 1 star since the update. Listen to your customers before they go elsewhere.

It's very convenient. A very easy process from shopping to ordering and payment to delivery. All done in next to no time. I'm very happy with the New Look app! 😄 The clothes etc are reasonably priced and are good quality & value for money. So far I haven't had any problems with delivery or collection dates/times. Keep up the good work New Look!! 🥰

I've now tried on three different occasions to purchase a large order via the app but have not been successful. When I go to pay it does not let me, if I select PayPal a spinning circle appears but if I select card it closes the window before I can enter the card details. I see this has been an issue for other users. Clearly New Look aren't interested in actually selling their items, just letting us browse them!!
